Warranty policy
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state (or from country to country or province to province). BCZ does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, including rights that may arise out of a sales contract for noncompliance, unless permitted by law. For a full understanding of your rights, you should check the laws of your country, province or state.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Duration
Motor – Limited Lifetime Warranty
If your ceiling fan motor fails due to a defect in material or workmanship while you own the fan, BCZ will provide you with a replacement fan at no charge. The above limited warranty applies only to the motor itself and does not apply to electronic controls – such as remote transmitters, remote receivers or capacitors – used in conjunction with the motor. Such electronic control items are covered by the one-year limited warranty below.
Other – One-Year Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in this warranty, if any part of your BCZ ceiling fan fails due to a defect in material or workmanship at any time within one year of the date of purchase, at BCZ’s sole discretion, we will provide a replacement part at no charge.
Light Kit – Warranty May Vary
Light Kits are covered by the one-year limited warranty. However, you may be eligible for additional warranty coverage if your fan includes the following:
LED Light Kit Module – Three Year Limited Warranty.
If your LED Light Kit Module or LED Bulb (excluding glass assembly) fails due to defects in materials or workmanship at any time within three years from the date of purchase, BCZ will provide a replacement at no charge, at BCZ’s sole discretion.
*If a replacement product/part is not available for your fan within 30 days, we will provide an equivalent or better replacement product/part at BCZ’s sole discretion.
Replacement/Maintenance
BCZ’s warranty does not apply to:
Misuse/abuse/accidental damage/damage due to natural disasters. (e.g. lightning strike, tornado, hurricane, etc.)
Unauthorized modification/repair/disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals;
Non-quality related issues
Items purchased from unauthorized dealers
Used for special applications outside of normal consumer use
Lost/stolen/free/refunded products
Any defects or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
Unable to provide valid proof of purchase

Valid Proof of Purchase
Order number for purchases made through BCZ direct.
Sales invoice or order confirmation email clearly showing item description, price, and sales channel.
Please note that multiple types of proof of purchase may be required to process warranty claims (such as receipt of remittance and confirmation of the original delivery address of the item).
*The serial number of the defective item (usually on the bottom of the product) and/or visible proof describing the defect (such as a short video) are required.
How to Return/Exchange/Repair an Item
Please contact ceilingfanshelp@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. BCZ does not accept returns without prior authorization and RMA.
*The RMA number should be clearly displayed on the shipping label of the return package. Write the RMA number on the shipping label in addition to the RMA number. Do not write the RMA number directly on the box. Our local warehouse may not accept packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label.
BCZ will repair/replace (at BCZ's expense) any defective product during the warranty period. Replacement will restore the remaining warranty period of the original order.
We will make a replacement within 14 business days of confirmation that our warehouse has received the defective item. Final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement item.
